1. the action of teaching a person or animal a particular skill or type of behavior.

Why is training important? 
Yes, you have a safety program, but does everyone know what and how to use it?  Going though a vigorous training on your safety program allows your staff to be knowledgable is ALL aspects of workplace safety. 
When should you perform training?

• BEFORE any new operation, procedure, and/or equipment  
• AFTER any near miss, accident, or incident
• On a regular occurring basis
  • ​Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, etc.

How should WE perform trainings? ​

• On-Site and in person 
• ​Electronic
